What is your payment policy?

An initial retainer payment is due at the execution of our agreement, which will be applied to the total package price amount. Payment schedule is as follows: 30% of the total price is due at the time of signing; The final 70% of the total package price is due 30 days before the Event. Any a la carte choices made after the initial contract signing and package purchase shall be paid immediately.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we are always willing to travel as long as we have the openings. (For all weddings deemed as destination (taking place out of Florida state), additional fees are applicable, such as round trip airfare, hotel stay for 2-3 days & 1-2 nights pending complexity, and car rentals/Uber rides from airport and back during the stay).

What if i need to reschedule my wedding date?

We understand emergencies and things out of our control can happen. This won’t be a problem as long as we have the new date open where we can appropriately accommodate you.

How long until i receive my wedding film?

The Vendor generally finishes the project within 8-12 weeks following either the wedding date, or the date the payment is received, whichever is later. However, the Vendor also reserves the right to adjust the completion date based on influx and order needs. Therefore, the Client agrees up to a 6 month waiting period until the entire Project is finished and able to be delivered.
